Donna Pate

Donna is our SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto office manager. 

Donna has 20 plus years of management experience. She leads our office administrative and production teams and she is certified with the  IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. Donna is extremely knowledgeable, competent and is our go-to person here at SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto. 

She is always willing to help her TEAM and committed to serving each and every client through the restoration process. Her attention to detail and her work ethic does not go unnoticed. 

She loves refinishing furniture and enjoys spending time with her
husband and family when she is not working.

We are very happy to have Donna as part of our SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto TEAM.

Kelli Hughes

Kelli is the lead Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

Kelli is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. She communicates daily with our customers and works closely with our insurance carriers. Kelli has a broad knowledge base when it comes to estimating and working with our clients, she truly is "always here to help". Kelli enjoys her career with SERVPRO of Duncanville/ Desoto. She has a heart to help and a smile that is evident when  communicating on the telephone.

When Kelly isn't working she loves spending time with her children and husband. She is originally from New Jersey, but got to Texas as quickly as she could! Texas has been her home for the past 17 years.

Kylie Kesner

Kylie works in the Accounting Department of SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

Kylie works hand in hand with our Job File Coordinators on a daily basis. She makes sure invoices are easy to read and timely, taking any confusion out of working through the insurance company's process for job completion. She is always ready to help her TEAM when called upon!

Kylie is originally from Georgia, but now calls Texas her home. We certainly are very happy have our own Georgia Peach here at SERVPRO of Duncanville/Desoto.

Tamara Hill

Tamara is the SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto collections specialist.

Tamara has such a positive and friendly way with our customers. She keeps the lines of communication open so that our clients are always informed. Tamara is in constant contact with the insurance companies and focused on helping our customers throughout the restoration process. 

Tamara is originally from Chicago, but has resided in Texas for the past 7 years.

Tamara is certainly a positive addition to our SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto TEAM.

Kylie works on the web marketing for SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

Kylie strives to mesh our online presence with the unbeatable customer service of our Job File Coordinators. In the age of all digital everything, she provides a quick and easy online search result to find the SERVPRO help you need in a time of crisis. 

When Kylie isn't working, she is spending time with her three favorite people, her kids!
